Lake Arrowhead new home listings top picks of the week, for the week of 1-17-2013! Well we are finally back in the swing of weekly tour. There were some great homes on tour this week. But, as you know I only choose what I view as the best deals out there for Lake Arrowhead home sales. There were some lower priced homes along with a couple in the mid range that I thought were good values.

Lake Arrowhead Home Sales for the month of December 2012 were still going strong.
We finished the year out strong in Lake Arrowhead with sales in all price points. One thing to point out is that there were still 2 lake front homes sold in Lake Arrowhead as well. The rates are still low and there are some great buys out there.

Crestline, Twin Peaks, Running Springs, Arrowhead Villas and surrounding areas home sales for December 2012. As the year ticked down, home sales in our mountain communities were strong and steady. Prices have taking a slight uptake but the deals that are out there are incredible. If you are looking for a economical second home with the beauty of our mountains, there are some great locations out there.
Crestline is a nice start as you make your way up the hill, with Lake Gregory Regional Park at the center of it all. Twin Peaksis a sweet little town nestled in the trees and Running Springs gets you close to the skiing and up close to nature! All of these areas have wonderful attributes to offer and taking the time to explore them is worth your while.
