If you are looking for an affordable, great getaway home, you should really look into these areas. There are some fantastic deals to be had for great future memories. Lake Arrowhead Home Sales for September 2012 were still cranking out for the Summer.
We saw movement in every price point this past month. Two Lake Arrowhead Lakefronts sold, a couple gated and quite a bit in the mid range. All positives. We did see a couple of homes have multiple offers on them. Great time to buy or sell in Lake Arrowhead, rates are down, inventory is moving and the weather has turned in to Fall.
