Crestline, Twin Peaks, Running Springs, Arrowhead Villas and surrounding areas home sales for December 2012. As the year ticked down, home sales in our mountain communities were strong and steady. Prices have taking a slight uptake but the deals that are out there are incredible. If you are looking for a economical second home with the beauty of our mountains, there are some great locations out there.
Crestline is a nice start as you make your way up the hill, with Lake Gregory Regional Park at the center of it all. Twin Peaks is a sweet little town nestled in the trees and Running Springs gets you close to the skiing and up close to nature! All of these areas have wonderful attributes to offer and taking the time to explore them is worth your while.
