Hot New Listings in Lake Arrowhead Homes Sales

Hot new listings in Lake Arrowhead!  The broker tours are getting bigger and this week was the biggest yet for newly active homes in Lake Arrowhead.  My top Picks of the Week, have many great buys and some great views too!  But, I have to narrow it down so here are my Hot Picks of the week for Lake Arrowhead homes for sale:

  • 957 Tirol Way ~ $568,500 ~ Listed by Prime Properties, Jeff Perlis ~ This is a whole lot of home in Tavern Bay ~ Almost a half acre flat lot.  5 bedrooms, 3 baths.
  • 1133 St Bernard Way ~ $329,000 ~ Listed by Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty, Bob Bailey ~ This is a great lake view property for the money.  3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus a family room for the money, one of the best buys for a lake view home.

Hot Picks of the Week in Lake Arrowhead Real Estate!  Broker tour in Lake Arrowhead this week was much bigger, which means we are gaining on our inventory.  I had a few favorites today that I will be showing in the near future.  But, like every other week, I can only pick the “Top Picks” of the week and here they are.

  • 28800 Palisades ~ $1,895,000 ~ Listed by Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge , Voni Saxbury ~ This was a gorgeous lake front that is European elegance on the lake.  4 bedrooms, 4 bath, with family room. Great views of the lake too!
  • 29630 Hook Creek Road ~ Listed by Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge, Steve Keefe~  $99,900 This is a honorable mention, outside of lake rights, but a cute home in a very quiet area of Cedar Glen.  2 bedrooms, 1 bath and great potential for outside haven.
  • 932 Lucerne #5 ~ Listed by Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge, Jac Jacobson ~$159,500 Great condo in Tavern Bay area.  3 bedrooms, 2 baths, this is excellent for lake rights.

Is Your Realtor Local?

Greetings from Lake Arrowhead.  I have sold Real Estate in the Lake Arrowhead area for 10 years.  I sell Real Estate in Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, Running Springs, Arrowhead Villas and Twin Peaks.  I have to say that I show and sell property in the areas that I am very familiar with.   I am not knocking other Realtor’s outside my area, but they cannot begin to be an expert in something that the Realtor’s in our area are experts in.  We know Mountain Real Estate.  There are many differences in the market, area and lifestyles in our beautiful mountains and locals know how to answer those questions well.

I will not go to Newport to sell a home, I couldn’t begin to know the local area well enough to give my clients the best representation.  No, instead I have networked with great Realtors in all of California that are experts in their prospective market places.  Many times a week I am called from agents in other areas on my listings.  Great!  My advertising works!  But, instead of referring their clients to a local expert they proceed to drive up and attempt to show property.  I understand the market is competitive, but not knowing an area that you are trying to represent isn’t doing a service for your client.  

I highly recommend working with a Local Realtor in Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, Running Springs, Arrowhead Villas and Twin Peaks.  I would recommend working with a local Realtor wherever you live.  It is a big investment to trust to someone who may direct in the wrong direction.

Did you know Lake Arrowhead is a private lake?  If you own property in Twin Peaks and not in Arrowhead Woods, you cannot use the lake.  Same is true for Crestline, Arrowhead Villas, and Running Springs.   Are there ways to be able to use Lake Arrowhead?  Yes, there are ways to be able to use Lake Arrowhead, but you have to contact a local Realtor, like myself, Kim Sellers.Image

Lake Arrowhead Home Sales March 2013

Lake Arrowhead home sales for the month of March were running strong.  Lake Arrowhead is rocking in real estate right now.  The weather has been great, Spring is has arrived and everything is in bloom.  The low end of our market is creeping up slightly but there are some great deals out there.  The following report shows all sales in “Lake Rights” in Lake Arrowhead for the month of March.
