Hot Picks of the Week ~ New Home Listings in Lake Arrowhead CA

This week on broker tour we had some “Hot Picks of the Week”!  The new listings in Lake Arrowhead coming on the market are slowing a bit, but this is normal for this time of year.  We did head out yesterday and take in what is new in the inventory for homes in Lake Arrowhead.  I only pick what I consider the hot picks of the week and here they are:

• 1332 Toronto ~ Listed by Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty, Susan Smart ~ $279,000 ~ This is a great prow home with clean lines and updated.  3 bedrooms, 2 baths.  I love this one, light and bright and on a cup-de-sac.
• 243 Squirrel ~ Listed by Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty, Kim Sellers ~ $899,000 ~ Unique log home in Lake Arrowhead.  Very rare home, custom built 4 bedroom 5 bathroom home.
• 31411 Onacrest Drive ~Listed by Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty, Andrea Lassak $219,000 ~ This jus another honorable mentions.  This is in Running Springs, CA ~ really clean home on a level lot.  3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, with garage.
