This weeks broker tour in Lake Arrowhead proved to have some spectacular homes out there. Not all are steals, but if you are looking for truly unique, one of a kind homes with mountain charm, this was the week for it on broker tour. - 27315 Maplewood ~ Listed by Capre, Brenda Shinkle ~ $399,000 ~ This is a great home, needs a bit of imagination on the front landscaping but this is a diamond in the rough. Interior is awesome, 3 bedroom, 3 bath, family room and remodeled kitchen. This is my Top Pick of the week!!!
