Our inventory in Lake Arrowheadis definitely thinning out. This is good and bad. The bad part is there are slim pickings to show to new buyers, the good news is that the old inventory is getting sold. The month of January started a little slow with some of the weather we had, but seemed to pick up at the end of the month.
