Lake Arrowhead Home Sales for August 2012 were holding steady and strong. The average price sold in Lake Arrowhead last month was $380,094.66 ~ We did have some great deals happen and some higher end properties close escrow. Rates are going strong and we have been swamped showing people around our area.
