Broker tour this week proved to be fruitful for new listings. There were great new listings that I felt were well priced and within lake rights. It was tough this week to pick my “Top Pick of the Week”, but I did narrow it down and here is my top pick of the week.

- 229 Fairway Drive ~ $339,000 ~ Listed by CBSRR Michelle Hutton ~ This is a great home in the golf course area. Peaks of the golf course too. Thunderbird floor plan with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, great parking and an excellent vacation rental history.
- 869 Del Norte ~ $559,000 ~ Listed by CBSRR Wanda Block ~ This home has excellent golf course/country club and Grass Valley Lake views, gorgeous newer construction home with custom touches throughout.
- 27771 St Bernard ~ $425,000 ~ Listed by CBSRR Bob Bailey ~ This is a diamond in the rough. Large home with lake views, great BONES in this home. 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, level entry, 3 car garage, this is one of the great buys out there!!!
