The forecast today in Lake Arrowhead, CA is showing 80% chance of rain… I was thinking back to last year and the snow storms we had already had at this time of year. The weather has been fickle, we have seen sunshine galore and we are wanting some winter to sparkle up our mountain. So with that being said, this girl is looking forward to the rainstorm that will grace our mountain today.
What is a typical Winter like in Lake Arrowhead? Well, mostly it is a four season kind of resort, but this year, something odd is happening. We have had a lot of sunshine and the bulbs are confused and trying to pop up.
Arrowhead Villas, Crestline, Twin Peaks, Crest Estates, Skyforest all had homes go pending last week. This is a great time to invest in these areas. The prices are incredibly low for a resort area on vacation homes. The following homes all went pending last week.

Lake Arrowhead housing market for week ending February 5, 2012 ~ We had six homes go pending last week ~ There are some great deals out there for under $200,000 in lake rights and we saw movement in the mid range as well.
This weeks Lake Arrowhead Real Estate Brokers tour had some great homes on tour. If you are looking for lake right property this is the time to jump. Today there was a lakefront on the tour that is a great deal!!! There were a few others that I thought were good buys too, here in Lake Arrowhead.
