Lake Arrowhead, Crestline and Running Springs all had homes go pending this past week. This is great news as we can see that even though it is Winter in Lake Arrowhead, homes are still selling.
There were a total of 12 homes that went pending and Coldwell Banker Sky Ridge Realty had a 50% market share on Listings sold. All information was obtained from Rim O’the World Association of Realtors.
