Lake Arrowhead housing market for week ending February 5, 2012 ~ We had six homes go pending last week ~ There are some great deals out there for under $200,000 in lake rights and we saw movement in the mid range as well.

- 1491 Little Ponderosa $695,000 2.5 acres, 6 bedrooms, 6 baths listed by Remax Lakeside
