December home sales ended with a BANG! Two Lakefront homes sold in Lake Arrowhead as well. It was very interesting to see one price range with nice movement. The $400,000 ~ $800,000 had several sales which is very encouraging for that price range. Our inventory has gone down as well, not as many choices as there were a year ago.
The Following chart shows all homes sold in Arrowhead Woods for the month of December 2011- all information was obtained by the Rim o’the World Association of Realtors. Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed.
